Behind every brand is a story, and behind Shree Ethnic Wear is a woman who simply followed her passion.
I’m Sita Mahato, originally from Jharkhand, a wife, a mother of two, and a woman who has always believed in dreaming beyond boundaries.
In 2022, while living in the UAE, I started Shree Ethnic Wear as a small home-based business.
With limited resources but unlimited enthusiasm, I began my journey into the world of fashion.
My background in Psychology taught me to understand people, their emotions, confidence, and individuality.
My journey as a mother taught me patience, resilience, and the courage to keep moving forward.
Today, settled in Pune, I am taking Shree Ethnic Wear to its next chapter — launching our website in India in 2026.
What began as a small idea from home has grown into a dream of creating a brand where every woman can discover ethnic wear that makes her feel beautiful, confident, comfortable, and uniquely herself.
Shree Ethnic Wear isn't just my business. It is a piece of my journey, my courage, and my love for Indian fashion.
